Where We Ship

We currently deliver to the following destinations:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia

Orders placed from outside these countries cannot be accepted. If your address is outside the supported list, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Shipping Options & Estimated Transit Times

All shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on destination, basket value, and selected service level. The rate displayed at checkout is binding and supersedes any rates published elsewhere.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Transit times shown above are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays beyond our control may occur, particularly during peak periods.

Timed or Event-Linked Purchases β€” Important

Some customers purchase items intending to receive them by a specific date tied to a public event, premiere, release, or cultural moment. The Standard and Express transit windows shown above are best estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Cut-off notice: Orders placed on or after April 30, 2026 are unlikely to arrive at any destination before May 8, 2026. We do not guarantee delivery before May 8, 2026 for any order placed within the eight (8) calendar days prior to that date, regardless of the shipping option selected.

By completing your order on or after April 30, 2026, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • The item may not reach you in time for any event scheduled on or before May 8, 2026.
  • Late arrival relative to a personal target date does not constitute defective performance and is not grounds for refund, chargeback, or return outside the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
  • The published transit times remain subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

Duties & Taxes

Shipments are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) / Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Local import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges, where applicable, are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price displayed at checkout.

Split Shipments

To reduce overall delivery time, multi-item orders may be shipped in separate parcels at no extra cost to you. You will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.

Tracking

You will receive an email containing your tracking number within 1–2 business days of dispatch. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update once the parcel is collected by the carrier.

Failed Delivery, Address Errors, and Unclaimed Parcels

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient absence at delivery, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point cannot be reshipped free of charge. In such cases, you may either pay for redispatch or accept a refund minus the original shipping cost and any carrier return-handling fees.

Lost or Stuck Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days after dispatch, please contact us at contact@chooseluma.com and we will open a carrier investigation. Investigations typically take 7–14 business days; we ask you to allow this time before requesting a refund or replacement.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, conditions, and procedures are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these shipping terms.
